Shipping Schedule: Orders ship out every Monday and Tuesday. Once it’s on the way, you’ll receive a tracking number to keep tabs on your package.

Carrier: All orders ship via USPS Priority Ground, balancing reliability and speed to get your order delivered.

Flat-Rate Shipping: Simple and straightforward, our apparel shipping rates are based on your order size:

• $5 flat rate: 1–2 tees
• $10 flat rate: 3–4 tees or 2 hoodies
• $15 flat rate: 5–6 tees
• $20 flat rate: 3–4 hoodies
• $40 flat rate: 5–6 hoodies

Tracking Provided: We provide tracking on all orders, so you can follow your package every step of the way. Once your order is marked “Delivered,” it’s considered complete. If it’s marked as delivered but hasn’t turned up, check with neighbors and contact the shipping carrier for assistance. Packages are often misplaced, not lost!

Accurate Addresses: Double-check that address! Barbells & Beef isn’t responsible for incomplete or inaccurate addresses entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

• We’ll email you to confirm the correct address.
• You’ll cover the cost of reshipping or a 10% restocking fee (not to exceed $10).

Shipping Delays: We ship quickly, but we can’t control delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or mail traffic. Patience is key, especially during busy seasons!
