returns and exchanges policy

We want you to love your Barbells & Beef swag! If you need to make a return or exchange, please review our policy below to ensure your item qualifies:

  • We do accept returns and exchanges for qualifying apparel items.
  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for perishable products including seasonings and beef boxes.

Return & Exchange Window: Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date of your order, based on the tracking information.

Condition of Items: Returns and exchanges are accepted for apparel in new, unused condition. This means items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and free of makeup, deodorant, smoke, stains, and any other marks.

Final Sale Items: All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Documentation: Please include the original receipt and a completed return/exchange form with your return.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued if the item(s) you are returning meet our Condition of Items guidelines. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original credit or debit card and may take up to 5 business days depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges: Once we’ve confirmed your returned item(s) meet our Condition of Items guidelines, your exchange will ship out on our next shipping day. We ship every Monday and Tuesday. You will receive a shipping notification when your exchange is processed.

 

Shipping Costs
Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges: We cover the shipping cost for sending exchanged items back to you.
Original shipping costs are not refunded for returns or exchanges.

Order Issues: If we made an error with your order, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your package. While we strive for accuracy, we’re here to make things right when mistakes happen!
