On the Benefits of Eating Steak

Hey there, fellow gym enthusiasts! This is your boy, feeling absolutely wired on preworkout, but sadly unable to squat today due to all the racks being occupied. While I'm waiting for a rack to open up, I figured I'd share some knowledge on one of my favorite foods - steak.

Now, as I stand here with my preworkout-fueled energy buzzing, I can't help but think about how steak is the perfect food for those of us looking to build muscle and get stronger. I'm not suggesting that you should eat steak for every meal, but incorporating it into your diet a few times a week can have some seriously beneficial effects. And let's be real - who doesn't love a nice, juicy steak?
